Job Evaluation Visit (After Phone Review) – $75 Prepay

After the initial 5–10 minute phone call review, we schedule an on-site Job Evaluation Visit to assess the scope of work in person. This visit allows us to confirm measurements, site conditions, access, materials, and any factors that may affect pricing so we can provide an accurate, written bid.

A $75 prepaid commitment is required to reserve your appointment. Due to rising costs, this fee helps cover travel time and on-site evaluation.

Credit Toward Your Project:
If your approved bid is $500 or more, the $75 evaluation fee will be applied toward your final project total.

Note: The $75 evaluation fee is non-refundable if you cancel with short notice or choose not to proceed. You can re-schedule up to 2 times. The initial $75 is non-refundable after the first re-schedule or cancellation.
