Frequently Asked Questions

Q.How does your can rental service work?
A.Our can rental service is simple! Choose the right can size for your project, and schedule a delivery date online. On your delivery date, we will deliver your can, you fill it up, and we’ll haul it away at the end of your rental. When you're finished, simply call or text us. We’ll come to haul away your can rental promptly so you can focus on your project. If we don’t hear from you before the end of your scheduled time, we will pick up your can on the last day of your rental period.

We deliver our can between 8am-8pm. Our delivery times are not guaranteed. We will deliver the can on the day promised, however, the exact time is unknown due to the unpredictable wait times at the landfills. We will however send you a text or a call when we are on the way to your can rental location.
Q.How do I know what size can rental I need?
A.Choosing the right can rental size depends on your project. A 10-yard can is great for small cleanouts, while a 40-yard can is ideal for large construction jobs. Frequently, customers request swapouts during their rental to ensure they have space in their can for their projects. We are happy to talk through options with you.
Q.How soon can I get a can rental delivered?
A.We offer fast delivery, often within 24-48 hours of booking. Availability depends on location and demand, so we recommend scheduling in advance. Same-day delivery may also be available. Please call us if you need same-day delivery.
Q.How long can I keep my can rental?
A.Our standard can rental period is typically 7 days, but we offer flexible options if you need more time. Let us know your schedule, and we’ll accommodate your needs.
Q.How much does a can rental cost?
A.Can rental pricing depends on the size of the can, rental duration, and location. To see the sizes we offer as well as the pricing for each, visit our Can category.
Q.What materials can I put in my can rental?
A.We accept all types of waste including residential trash, construction debris, house cleanout etc. Appliances, mattresses and other electronics are acceptable. We DO NOT haul any concrete, dirt or bricks. If for any reason our trucks are unable to haul off a can you rented due to it being severely overloaded with restricted items, ie. concrete, dirt or bricks, you will be responsible to empty the can and will incur additional charges. However, hazardous materials like chemicals, batteries, tires, and paints are prohibited.
Q.What if I fill up my can and need another one?
A.This frequently happens with our customers as they get into their projects. We are happy to offer a swap out during your rental. Please contact our office to discuss the pricing and scheduling of a swapout.
Q.Do I need to be present when the can is delivered?
A.No. It is not required for the renter to be present when the can is delivered. Please make sure any special instructions are given to the office at the time of renting the can.
Q.Do I need a permit for a can rental?
A.If you’re placing the can rental on a public street or sidewalk, you may need a permit. Private property placements typically do not require permits, but we can help you check local regulations.
Q.What surfaces can you place the can on?
A.We can place the can on pavement, concrete, dirt or grass. The surface just needs to be strong enough to hold the weight on the can and the contents you load into it. We do place boards when delivering the can to help make sure there is no property damage.
Q.Any special requirements when placing a can at my house?
A.We do require a spot at least 15' Long and 10' wide or big enough to park a pickup truck or suv.
Q.What happens if I exceed the weight limit?
A.If your can rental exceeds the weight limit included in our rentals, additional charges may apply. All of our trucks are weighed at our dump locations and if allowed tonnage is exceeded, we will charge the additional to your card.
Q.Are we responsible for the roll off can if it is to get damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our can. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e., loading with equipment and hitting the side of the cab) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the Roll Off Can, which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we ask to only load the can by hand and not with equipment.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.All orders require payment on or before delivery.
Q.What sizes of can do you offer for rental?
A.We offer a variety of Can rental sizes. To see the sizes we offer as well as the pricing for each, visit our Can category. The right size depends on the type and volume of waste you need to dispose of.
